This policy explains what personal data CVStore.in (Mohammed Sohail) collects, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and mobile number.
- Resume content you enter, including your photo if you upload one.
- Payment records: order and payment IDs and amounts. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and error logs, used to keep the service working.
Why we use it
- To create, store and export your resume.
- To confirm payments, activate your plan and send receipts.
- To prevent misuse (for example, one account per person).
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Supabase (hosting, database and file storage).
- Razorpay (payment processing).
- Google (Gemini API, paid tier, which Google does not use to train its models), only when you use an AI feature: the text or file for that request (e.g. your resume content, a job description you asked us to tailor to, or an old CV you asked the AI to read) is sent to produce suggestions. We do not keep uploaded files. JD Match's keyword check runs on your device.
- Authorities, only when required by law.
How long we keep it
Resume content and photos are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. We reply within 30 days.
